    A huge thank you to Kim for her attention to detail and superior customer service throughout the process of purchasing my wife’s Certified Preowned 2022 GLC 300. Kim made sure that everything was perfect from replacing floor mats and reprogramming keys, to paint correction, getting the MB app functional and even ensuring that the Service Manager and a Tech remained on Saturday post purchase to address an issue we experienced on the way home. They were waiting and promptly handled the situation immediately. Kudos to Kim and team for a great purchasing experience!

    I want to wholeheartedly think the service team at Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill. I specifically want to acknowledge the service manager Art Fenton. We had a huge problem with our car and Art was not only understanding but very proactive. Our car had to be held for a while to get so much work done and Art even got us a rental, and a nice one too (Nissan Armada)for us the whole time our car was in the shop! He stayed in contact with us every step of the way and was a professional in every sense of the word. Awesome job and I am so appreciative of the work that was done! Thank you Art!

    The customer service is exceptional. I took my car in because my horn stopped working. From the minute I entered the service center I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They kept me updated on everything (Brig). Five star service!

    I have to give a 10 star rating for the outstanding, excellent customer service for Jared (Service Advisor). Thru all the kios that my warranty company put me thru Jared was one top of everything. I would recommend this service department because Jared went above and over the top to make sure that everything went well. Nothing but excellent....
