We used Airport Express to travel from St. Augustine Beach to Jacksonville Airport. I had reached out to Airport Express from Canada not knowing who to trust. I left a message fairly late in the day asking for information. Wayne, the owner, called back and we had quite a friendly, lengthy conversation. He seemed very trustworthy to my husband and me and he offered a competitive price. We felt confident that we were making the best choice. Our pickup was scheduled for 5:15 am because we had an early flight. Wayne had given us the name and phone contact for Tim, his driver, just in case we needed to reach him, however Tim arrived 15 minutes early. He called us to let us know that he had arrived at our pre-arranged pickup location. Even though only two of us were going to the airport, our transportation was a clean, roomy van. Very comfortable indeed! Tim was also very congenial and informed us of the time that his GPS indicated that we should expect to arrive at the airport. All went as planned and we arrived as promised at our scheduled time. We would not hesitate to recommend Airport Express of St. Augustine, and we will use their services the next time we find ourselves in the area. Mr. & Mrs. Johnston
