Kyle Walker! This was our salesman and I'm so glad we got him and went to Liberty RV! My wife was on the fence about a camper as it is the first one that we have ever purchased and Kyle was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all types of trailers! We had a ton of questions and Kyle's quick informative answers really put our minds at ease! And furthermore, I have personally called him months after to ask questions while I was using my camper. I even called on his days off on accident but he was very accommodating and helped me out! We had some title issues with our camper (not liberty rv's fault) and they took care of everything so we didn't have to worry about it at all. They even let us keep the camper there for a couple of weeks while we found a storage facility as we bout it in January. I am very late to the google review but I wanted to make sure to share my experience! We will definitely recommend Kyle Walker and Liberty RV to others!

Liberty RV is simply PHENOMENAL. Not only are you supporting a family-owned business, but you're getting top-notch customer service. Travis E was beyond patient in walking us through fine details of multiple options and helping us find exactly what we wanted. At no point did he pressure us into one option or another; as he'll tell you, his goal is to make you a lifelong customer, not a one-time customer. He is definitely customer focused, providing his cell number and encouraging you to contact him even after the sale is done. Patrick in Service is also a rockstar. He knows your RV inside and out and is ready to teach you about it. There were no dumb questions for him. His attention to detail and quality work shines through all the way through to hitch installation and teaching you how to hook up your new purchase. I cannot thank this team enough for their willingness to truly care for the customers.
