  I was absolutely amazed at the service Dynasty provided for me. I was nervous about everything that was happening. The owner Troy walked me through it all and advised me thoroughly on what I needed to do since my vehicle was totaled. I HIGHLY recommend using them and anything I need in the future will definitely be with them.

  Was in an accident that wasn't my fault and they helped me every step of the process even with things that didn't necessarily relate to the collision. They are very professional and understanding. The owner is very kind and seems to care about taking care of the public so I am very appreciative. I will be using them from now on for all my auto body related needs.   Shalum, Jan 21, 2026 was just another day or so I thought as I was driving to work a young 20-something distracted driver hit me unexpectedly. Thankfully, no one was physically injured except some cosmetic damage to our vehicles. I did not have any kind of accident in 20 years and did not know a body shop to use for my needed repairs. It took 3.5 hours for Phoenix police to arrive on scene. I called my insurance agent to begin the process and did a quick search for Auto body Shops in the area and the Third one I clicked on was Dynasty Collision. I called and talked to Zach and after initial questions he made me feel at ease and that he would take care of my particular needs during this repair. My advisor RJ kept me tin the loop weekly of anything that was not communicated from my agent. Zach and his team were true professionals during the entire process especially when dealing with my insurance company because they kept trying to use second hand parts and or aftermarket parts instead of using original Acura factory parts so in essence they kept nickel and diming on parts which causes numerous delays. Peter King was very helpful to ensure I got factory parts that would fit and calibrate my car back to factor specifications. The whole process took 49 days but bottom-line Dynasty took care of vehicle and repaired to Acura factory specifications which I greatly appreciated.
